The NGO Committee on UNICEF is a coalition of civil society organizations with a focus on children’s rights. The NGO Committee on UNICEF was established in 1952 by the UNICEF Executive Board as a direct link between UNICEF and NGOs.
Working in partnership with UNICEF and building on its proximity to New York-based UN mechanisms, the Committee carries out advocacy efforts at the international level in order to promote the realization of children’s rights.
Please note that the NGO Committee on UNICEF does not fund projects or facilitate programmatic partnerships with UNICEF.
